Hocking Mobile App Sunsetting Information

What is the Ellucian Go Mobile app?  

The Ellucian Go mobile app allows users to view their class schedule, grades, register for classes, and access transcript information.  

Why is the mobile app being discontinued?   

The Ellucian Go mobile application has reached its end of life.   

Our vendor Ellucian currently supports Self Service as a mobile-responsive platform for accessing our system for checking your schedule, registering for classes, checking your grades, and accessing your transcript information.   

The mobile app will no longer be accessible after June 30, 2024. This affects all colleges and universities which use the app, including Hocking College.   

What will happen to the mobile app?   

After June 30, 2024, Ellucian will remove the IOS and Android mobile apps from the app stores. If already installed on your phone, the app will stop functioning.   

Should I remove the mobile app from my phone?   

Yes, we recommend you delete the application from your phone by June 30. The Apple and Google app stores do not remove discontinued apps automatically. You can do this today; you will be able to access your records using Self Service.  

How do I use Self Service?   

You can log into Self-Service through our website here. Students can also contact the OIT Help Desk.  

How do I use Blackboard?

The Blackboard Learn app offers a comprehensive mobile experience, allowing you to access your course materials, participate in discussions, and stay updated with course announcements.

1. Download the Blackboard Learn app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and search for Hocking College.
3. Log in with your Hocking College credentials.
